How Covid could affect your purchase

Our priority is to ensure we operate in a way which protects the health and safety of customers and colleagues.

Bike purchases

As of 9 July, new bike purchases are taking around two weeks to be home delivered. If your bike is already on order from the supplier, it will take longer to arrive. We will update you as soon as possible. 

Where a bike appears ‘On order or available to order’, we may be already expecting a shipment. We are also continuing to place orders directly with the suppliers, which may incur delays to delivery. You will be contacted about this with the contact details you’ve given us.

There are some delays in processing and delivery on all new bike purchases. We are working through orders in strict turn, but please be aware that demand is currently very high. Our website is regularly updated but products showing ‘in stock’ may still be subject to availability.

We are working closely with our suppliers to try to meet all demand, and we may have to order your bike from the manufacturer if we have sold out. Where a supplier is sold out, we are looking to source alternatives wherever possible. You can cancel your order at any time before shipping, and if you’re not satisfied with your product, of course we accept returns.

Enquiries, order cancellations or amendments

Our phone / email channels are experiencing very high demand, and we are working through them in turn. There may be an answer to your query on our FAQs page here, which might save you emailing us. If you have changed your mind about your purchase, we will issue you a full refund with no hassle. If you’d like to amend you order, you can email us and we will change the order before we issue the product. Thank you for your patience.

Bike servicing and repairs

We understand how important your bike is to you, especially right now. Our workshops are working flat out to keep you on the road. Please do make an appointment through your local store before taking your bike in. We’ll get you in the diary asap.
